Okay, as far as Artscow, yes I have ordered from them. It's not the easiest website to maneuver around in is it? Once you have signed up (or signed in) you have to upload pictures first. You should see the tabs at the top that say HOME, UPLOAD PHOTOS, BUY PRINTS, CREATE YOUR OWN STUFF, ETC
Click on UPLOAD PHOTOS and add your photos you want to work with. This should be pretty easy to get through this part (if you need help, let me know.)
Next, look back up at the top at the tabs again and click on "Create Your Own Stuff."
Scroll down and you'll see "Fun Stuff - Playing Cards" click on that.
Choose one of the sets of Playing Cards you want and it will go to the next screen where it says "Create it"
Click on "Create It" and the next page will show the cards and on the side will be your album you just added with the pictures in the margin or a choice for you to add a new album to work with. There you can choose which picture you want to put on your card.
From here, you should be able to complete the rest of your order...Make sure you use the promo codes before finalizing your order. My email is eallender at gmail dot com if you need more help.

I tried to go over there the other day and vote for some of my favorites, but it was either the site or my computer that wasn't working properly. I'll have to try again.
