I'm joining a weight loss challenge. Here is my earlier post on the subject. Here is my before picture. I have lost almost 20 lbs so far. I'll let you know the total after I weigh today at Weight Watchers.
My goals:
- To get down to my "normal for me" weight of 128.
- To be able to wear the clothes in the my closet.
- To lower my blood pressure.
- To be healthy for my next pregnancy.
My goals this week:
- Try to stay within my points, as much as I can, on vacation, by eating a healthy breakfast and lunch while enjoying meals at restaurants.
- To drink water at all meals except supper out.
- To move, by swimming and walking.
If I lose any weight I'll be seriously glad, but I'm not expecting that from vacation.

Yay for you on your progress so far! I've done Weight Watchers before, and I had success with it - until I got pregnant with child #3. ;)
This time, I'm kind of doing it from home. No room in the budget for WW meetings. Boo.
I think my biggest need though, is EXERCISE. Yup. That's what I need.
