Biggest Loser-Keep it up Losers

Well hello fello fatties.  Cute play on words there, huh?

I have to admit, having an accountability partner was fantastic.  I emailed Kelly most days with my food log.  Even if I didn't email her I still was careful with what I put into my mouth knowing that I was going to email it to her.  Since she had such good eating habits it spurred me to eat better.  I couldn't send her my list with candy bars and donuts on it....not that I was eating candy bars, donuts maybe.  What was that Kelly? You didn't get that list?  Hmm, wonder what happened to it?

I encourage you to get a partner.  Let me know if you want me to set you up with someone else competing.

Our tip for the week is really helpful.  But like all tips it only works if you do it.  Just reading it won't help you lose weight.

If there is something high calorie, high fat or (if you are doing low carb) high carb, just get a little.  Then fill up on vegetables.  Sounds simple, I know.

It works like this:  For supper there is a huge dish of tuna noodle casserole with a side of green beans.

I, I mean you, LOVE tuna noodle casserole and it's made with mozzarella cheese, which you know is lower fat anyway.  So you get a half cup, or if you aren't into measuring, one spoonful.  Then you get tons of green beans.  You keep eating green beans until you are full.  Meanwhile you feel like you've had a great meal.  You had a taste of the delicious casserole AND you are actually full.  See how that works?

I know it works because this is a true story.  It worked for me yesterday.  Whodathunkit?

Guess what?  I lost this week.  So I don't have to give away my hard earned Swagbucks.  Anyone want to make a wager with me or someone else this week?  Let me know.

Let's get those weights in!!!

ME!!!          1.57%

Congrats on losing this week! I'm trying hard to do the exercise/eating healthy thing.

I did superb for a week and then I slacked off for 3 weeks.

Now I'm back on the saddle, sort of.

I've been doing that "load up on the veggies" technique too :)

Keep up the good work!
