Biggest Loser-Almost skinny
How are we this week? Everyone ready to put on your bikinis? I bought mine yesterday and...you know I'm totally kidding. I would never wear a bikini. Good gracious. Even the fish would be afraid.

This weeks tip is coffee. You love it right? Frozen, hot, iced, chocalotey, vanillay, plainy, any. Coffee is great. Nutritious and filling. Maybe nutritious is taking it too far, but it's not bad for you so that means it's got to be good for you. Right? Either way, if you drink it it helps you to feel full. No harm in that. Try drinking your coffee before breakfast and you'll eat less. Try drinking some before lunch and you'll eat less. Try going to Starbucks after dinner every night and you'll gain. Seriously. That stuff is full of calories. It's a nice treat but don't go there everyday.

Yep, I'm not up there. I gained a few ounces. But I'm still on track!
