Biggest Loser-Almost skinny

How are we this week?  Everyone ready to put on your bikinis?  I bought mine yesterday know I'm totally kidding. I would never wear a bikini.  Good gracious.  Even the fish would be afraid.

This weeks tip is coffee.  You love it right?  Frozen, hot, iced, chocalotey, vanillay, plainy, any. Coffee is great.  Nutritious and filling.  Maybe nutritious is taking it too far, but it's not bad for you so that means it's got to be good for you.  Right?  Either way, if you drink it it helps you to feel full.  No harm in that.  Try drinking your coffee before breakfast and you'll eat less.  Try drinking some before lunch and you'll eat less.  Try going to Starbucks after dinner every night and you'll gain.  Seriously.  That stuff is full of calories.  It's a nice treat but don't go there everyday.

I only have three weights in:

Kelly           1.11%
Amy            .59%
Jennifer        .85%

Yep, I'm not up there.  I gained a few ounces.  But I'm still on track!

Get those weights in!

I would like to lose 20 lbs tho.

there are days when a nice cup of coffee from my perk is better than a calorie filled snack

I wonder why you gained a few ounces. Maybe it has something to do with the food list you're sending me every day. Oh wait.....
