Biggest Loser-Week 6


Where have I been?  Anyone who's read my blog for long knows that EVERY. SINGLE. SPRING. I lose internet.  This is the start.  Within a week or two it will be out for a week or two.  People will come out and do something to my satellite then tell me they can't fix it because a tree grew up OVERNIGHT and blocked my signal.  Then they'll leave and I'll have internet again until the next spring.  Nice, huh?

On with the games.

How are we today?  Doing well?  Eating right?  Drinking ice cold water?  LOSING WEIGHT???

I had a low week. But I'm still going down.  And isn't that what it's all about?  Is that a lot of questions I just asked?

This weeks goal is to move.  Anything. Do you like yoga?  (More questions.) Do it. Pilates?  100.  Let's go.  Aerobics?  Leg up.  P90X.  Forget it. Just kidding. That's what I'm doing.  I had to give up some of my quiet time in the afternoon but it's worth it.  The weeks where I've lost the most, I've exercised.  YOU need to move. And I want feedback on how you are doing.  Tell me today what you are going to do and check in with me midweek.  You'll thank me for it on the scales.

I don't know if I ever set an ending date. I planned for this to be 16 weeks, so unless I've said something different that's right.  And if I said something else, it's wrong, because I'm right.  

If you are having a hard time, not losing the weight or for whatever reason, feel free to email me for some one on one help.  Sometimes just talking to someone specifically about what you are eating and doing really helps.  I'm here for you.  I mean that seriously.  Email me and we'll look at what  you're eating and what activity you are (or aren't) doing and we'll get you going.

I'm trying to get back on routine. Getting a bit stressed as we are almost out of the month of May. June the house goes on the market!!!
