What works for you?

I love the backward WFMW when I get to pose a question to other readers. But those don't come around very often, so today I make my own. I could use some suggestions.

1. Wanted, an unusual baby book. One where the vaccine page is a page of co sleeping. And the ultrasound page is setting up birth supplies. Where the question about sleeping through the night is about nursing. An attachment parenting/homebirthing baby book. I've seen them for $60, but people I DON'T have $60 to spend on a baby book. That's ridiculous. There HAVE to be some somewhere, right? Maybe you've seen one???

2. Wanted, a cutesy summer bag. I will be using it to carry snacks and diapers and a change of clothes (for the babies, not me, silly). I would like it to be water proof and easily washable. Not diaper bag (ish) either because that's not really what I want it for. More summer, cute bag (ish) for carrying around everywhere. Etsy would be nice. Maybe you've seen one? Again, a price cap ladies. No $60 bags.

3. Wanted, home remedy for restless leg syndrome. YES, it's a real thing. I really have it. It gets worse in pregnancy and it's driving me nuts now.

Thanks. I knew I could count on you.

Thanks for visiting my blog today. You have a great looking family! My Mom has the restless leg syndrome...however, she's not pregnant :O) BUt she does have to get down on the floor and do several leg stretches and scissor kicks with her legs. My son has been going through growing pains with his legs and he will lay on the couch and has me sit down with my butt right on his kness. He says the pressure makes them feel better. Maybe you could try that with one of kids sitting on your legs....let me know if it helps you. Good Luck!

You do scrapbooking, you could make the baby book. Maybe it could be your saturday blog topic for your scrapbooking. Shouldn't be too hard to make one?

It's great to meet you!!

I don't know if I have actual answers, but I felt a kindred spirit in your questions :)

I have heard of people having good results with Bach Rescue Remedy for RLS and I know its safe during nursing....

I want some really cool natural, Christian, Homebirthing Mama (who isn't pregnant) maybe even a Titus 2 lady, to design a baby book just like you're saying and then make it an e-book. and then maybe someone could add cool pictures etc and then we'd all print it on cardstock and put it in some cool scrapboking/binder (that way if you didnt fill out pages they just don't go in :)

I bought a "diaper bag" at Target a few years ago. It is a large urse (but it has the bottle holders on the side that work well for carrying water) and it is brown wanna be leather. It looks much nicer than a diaper bag and its waterproof because of the pleather.........

I have an answer for the restless leg syndrome! I have that too...and it got WAY worse when I was pregnant too...and man is it ever annoying! haha...I'm sure you don't need me to tell you that though! Anways, it means you're lacking calcium. So I went to a local health food store and got some good quality calcium that is easily absorbed by the body (unlike the stuff in grocery stores, etc.) and took that every day. It worked!!! Good luck!

For #2, do you have a Tuesday Morning store near you? They are hit and miss, but they can have some pretty cool diaper bags that don't look like diaper bags there :) I have gotten a couple from there and spent about $15 on each one and the bags retail for $75+

This may sound strange, but my Mom swears by a bar of soap under the sheet at the bottom of her bed for leg cramps (restless legs). She said they do this at the nursing homes too! Hope it works for you.
