Don't Hate Me Because I'm Beautiful.

Here I am in all my skinniness. Okay, I may be using the term "skinny" pretty loosely. But I am 20 lbs lighter in the 2nd picture.

It's June in the first picture, 20 lbs heavier (and remember that I'm a hobbit)
November, 20 lbs lighter

And doesn't Millicent look happy to be having her picture taken...I don't remember what was up with that. I'm sure she wanted me to hold her.

NOW HEAR THIS. I've done really bad the last month. I've gained a few pounds back, I stopped walking, I haven't had a drink of water in weeks. But mark my words, I'm back!

This red line signifies loss. I'm going to lose some more. Lose it all or die trying. Okay, that may be going too far. But I am going to lose it.

And just to make this post even prettier I'm going to change to a blue font.

My weight loss goals:

LOWER MY BLOOD PRESSURE--Okay, admittedly, not a weight loss "goal" but I am going to lower my blood pressure.

Lose one pound a week--That's my goal. I'm working on one pound a week. If I lose more I'll be super duper happy.

Eat healthier--I plan to eat more fruit and less junk; more chicken and less processed; more salad and less bread.

Drink water and lots of it

Walk at least twice a week

Eat fast food only once a week--A really, really, really (did I forget to say really?) hard one for me.

Have only one soda a week--Not counting the one from eating out.

I think that does it.

What about you? Come on, unless you are pregnant, which I have no doubt a significant amount of my readers are, you want to lose this weight. How are you going to do it? What are you going to do? Post about it on your blog and let me know, so I can read it too. Let's join together and lose the weight. If you don't have a blog consider starting one just for weight loss. Or just leave a comment on your goals.

(Have you done a Mr. Linky before? Type your first name and a title in parenthesis. Click on your title from your blog. Copy it. Then put that text in the web address and it will take us directly to your weight loss post.)

I'm in. I haven't determined my method yet. Seriously considering some old methods that have been successful in the past (to get it off, not necessarily keep it off) but I have got to do SOMETHING. Was considering blogging on it too, we'll see. God bless you in your efforts... and successes!

I am so proud of you, sweety!!! Yes...I hope you were kidding about the "or die trying part"...because I refuse to raise 5 children on my own, and I couldn't ever replace you. So, if you die, I guess I'd just have to drop them all off at a hospital in Nebraska.

You go girl! 20 lbs is great! Love the new pictures : ) I have about 10 pounds to lose but my big thing is exercising. I just bought a new DVD that has two 20 minute workouts and one that's 10 minutes (for different parts of the body) so there's really no excuse to not get at least 20 minutes done a day. Oh, and hide the scales. Put in under the bed or behind your dresser. When I weigh all the time, I swear it makes me so paranoid about what I eat, that it makes me eat more. I only weigh a couple times a year. Good luck and don't give up! You'll get there!

You look great! And for the record, you did not look like a hobbit!

I'm not looking to lose any weight, but I am hoping to get on an exercise schedule and stick to it. Things are getting a bit flabby.

My problem isn't fast food so much as sweets. I'm trying to only bake part of a batch of cookies or whatever, so I'll eat less of them.

I'll let you know how that goes.

Well since I am at about a month pp... I've obviously been losing some weight. Not sure how much; but I can tell ya 'about' how much on the 5th when I go see the ob again. I know on my scale at home (the more accurate one since I can weigh before eating & wearing nothing lol) I lost another .5 since I had weighed last; either late last week or early this week.
~Nursing is my main way to lose.
~not overeating & avoiding junk
~when I get an okay from dr, I will be working out with the Wii Fit
~walking... as much walking as I can get in
: )
and btw.... I agree you look great

My long term goal is to lose 50 lbs. But my MAIN and current goal is to get more active. I am really wanting to work on a change of lifestyle. Congrats on your 20 pounds! That is really exciting!
