Biggest Loser--Halfway Mark

Here we are halfway through the challenge and I had a staycation where I gained back a couple pounds.  Will I never learn?  I was doing really good for a few days but as my weight continued to not budge, I continued to get more and more discouraged.  So I started eating whatever I wanted....hey, it was my vacation, right?  Great attitude.  So I had a humongo dessert last night and I'm back on track this morning.

Today's tip:

Eat gum when you are craving something sweet.  My favorite gum is currently Orbit Mist, Spearmint Spritzer. It's kind of crunchy, if that makes sense.  Not crunchy in the sense of granola crunchy, like me and my unshaved legs, crunchy like chips; and like gum usually isn't. 

So write down what you eat.  Drink ice cold water.  MOVE.  Eat gum.

I went on vacation to Washington DC last week, Thursday - Sunday, then went to the beach Sunday - Monday night - and I gained back 3.5 pounds! You would think that all that walking around I did in Washington would have offset the weight gain -but NOOOOOOOO!
