Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to allow oats to absorb moisture. <BR/>Serve bites with a cold glass of milk or morning coffee. Makes 36.<BR/> <BR/>(Melissa's note: I always double the recipe and must make mine larger than 1" because I get about 50 from a double batch.
